Sawmill Lakes is located on the “marsh side” of Ponte Vedra Beach in the region known as Palm Valley. The community has two entrances and is located off of County Road 210, also known as Palm Valley Road. It is close to the intersection of Mickler Road and CR-210 giving it more points of easy access from A1A than some communities further up 210. This private residential community is ungated with two points of entry from CR-210. Sawmill Lakes does not have a club affiliation but does have a community clubhouse and various amenities that are shared by the residents.
