Luxury home marketing specialists seems to be a catchy phrase used by many Realtors today. But not with the McCarthys. They earned it with a combined 32 years in the advertising business before starting their real estate careers.

Margarita joined the Florida advertising/publishing firm where Jack was vice president in 1981. They married in 1983. Some of Florida's leading builders and developers were among many clients.

After selling their business they launched their real estate careers by developing their horse ranch into a 27 lot single family home community.

In 1995 they began selling real estate in Ponte Vedra Beach. Their strong advertising and marketing background had their properties selling at top prices in less than 90 days. Within one year Jack became the top selling waterfront broker at the beach.

Their successful marketing of luxury properties along the First Coast was recognized internationally in 1999 when they were invited for membership in Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate. An honor they have maintained every year since.
